Welcome to the East Coast Dojo's web site. Our dojo locations are in Elkton and Rising Sun, MD.
Students
will learn Okinawan
Karate and Jujutsu
ground fighting.
Okinawan Karate is
characterized by swift,
powerful punches and
kicks delivered from
natural body positions.
Students will also train
in Jujutsu, focusing
on ground fighting
techniques which include
throws, striking, joint
locks, breaks and
chokes.

The instructors at East Coast Dojos feel it is important to meet the training needs of each and every student. We have designed our curriculum for individuals who want the discipline of traditional karate and jujutsu training to those who are interested in full contact and competition fighting. We understand that each student has individual reasons and goals for studying martial arts. Our programs are taught by highly skilled instructors with each students personal training goals as their main focus. Through a structured mixed martial arts program, we will help individuals accomplish their personal goals of physical fitness and attainment of high quality martial arts skills. Two weeks of free classes are offered to all new students. We do NOT require contracts obligating students to long term financial commitments. We are confident in our curriculum and instructors abilities to keep our students coming back. |
